Personal data

The use of personal data in the context of the Proteor online sales site is processed by Proteor in compliance with the requirements of the European Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data (RGPD). The User's personal data is stored on Shopify's servers based in Canada. This country benefits from a partial adequacy to the RGPD regulation which covers processing carried out in the context of commercial activities.

Purpose of the data collected

The data collected via the account creation form is necessary for the execution of orders that will be placed via the online sales site. The data collected via this same form is also used to send news and commercial offers to users. The User consents to the transmission of his/her personal data. The fields marked with * are mandatory in order to process the User's requests.

Types of data collected

- Personal data (name, surname, company, address, telephone, e-mail, SIRET number, APE code)

- Billing data (billing contact, billing address, bank details)

- Delivery data (complete address, contact details)

Non-disclosure of personal data

Proteor shall ensure that the personal data collected is not disclosed or communicated to unauthorized third parties. The recipients of the User's Personal Data are the members of PROTEOR's marketing, sales and logistics department.

The subcontractor Shopify is also the recipient of the data as a data host, which will be kept until the User's account is deleted. In addition, PROTEOR will keep this data for 10 years after the deletion of the User's account in order to comply with applicable regulatory requirements.

The civil status and delivery data may be transmitted to European partners in order to be able to honour deliveries (KEDZAL SAS)

Right of access, rectification and opposition

The User may access, rectify or request the deletion of his/her data or exercise his/her right to limit or port the processing of his/her data.  The User may withdraw his consent to the processing of his data at any time or object to the processing of his data. In order to exercise their rights or for any questions regarding the processing of their data via the Online Sales site, Users may contact the Data Protection Officer (DPO) at PROTEOR:
